      interesting challenges every day and a smart team to help solve them

      Pros

      The company is extremely metrics driven and we are constantly assessing to make sure we're on the right track. The team is passionate, intelligent, and collaborative. We have a really tight-knit family culture and cook dinner together every other week. It's a really nice and special way to get closer as a team.

      we're starting to outgrow our space so it can be difficult to find places for meetings

      Pros

      The engineering team at Mutiny is very small (3 engineers right now) which means we have a ton of opportunities to get exposure to all aspects of the product and have a hand in influencing it. That goes for the company as a whole as well. Things are moving really quickly which keeps things interesting and accelerates learning and personal development. The team has a lot of drive and passion that they bring with them to all of the work we do. I've worked at companies where the culture feels lethargic or uninspired and it feels great to work at a place where there's a palpable energy on the daily.

      Cons

      There aren't bumpers or safety nets at a company this size and it's easy to feel overwhelmed by that. On the other hand that's part of what makes the challenge so rewarding and the team does a great job of coming together when things go awry or when there's a new problem to solve.

      Pros

      Currently a small team, but I love coming to the office everyday. We're at a stage where there is ample opportunity to wear different hats and tackle on challenges. Great place for growth with supportive team members. fun yet hardworking work culture. We cook dinner together every other Wednesdays and went camping together!

      Cons

      located in the mission district, very sunny, but a little bit far from the 24th and 16th bart station. office has ample sunlight..but team is growing fast for its space
