      Pros

      - great team across engineering, customer success, and product - great culture with lots of effort placed on connecting with your teammates - great product that customers get genuinely excited about - really strong early customers (unicorns, high-growth startups) and investors - executive team is fully supportive of all employees - lots of good food and drinks (operations manager is awesome and super accommodating to food preferences/restrictions)

      I love the team we have built. We work hard to create a product and culture that we are proud of and have a lot of laughs along the way.

      The office can use an AC on those hot mission days :)

      Very fast-paced, good chance to work on a lot of different issues. It's great to be surrounded by so many smart people.

      The quarterly offsites are amazing but can also be very tiring.
