Mutiny's team, while small for the time being, is incredibly effective at delivering on goals and making decisions as a group. The engineering team is very talented and have maintained an excellent code base throughout high growth periods. The engineering team at Mutiny is very small (3 engineers right now) which means we have a ton of opportunities to get exposure to all aspects of the product and have a hand in influencing it. That goes for the company as a whole as well. Things are moving really quickly which keeps things interesting and accelerates learning and personal development. The team has a lot of drive and passion that they bring with them to all of the work we do. I've worked at companies where the culture feels lethargic or uninspired and it feels great to work at a place where there's a palpable energy on the daily.
