Terrible pay, unsustainable work-life balance, zero support, awful benefits, hostile managers, clueless leadership, no room for growth, few opportunities for advancement, etc. My time with this company has been awful, and I wouldn’t recommend working here to anyone under any circumstances.

If you're asked where you see yourself in five years, this company is probably not the answer. If you're looking to build a long-term career, you may want to save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. The pace is relentless; you'll likely experience what feels like five years' worth of deadlines compressed into a single year. Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros. PTO is offered, but employees are generally unable to take more than five consecutive days off. There is also a restroom inside the office, but it is reserved for executives, while everyone else must use the shared building facilities outside the office. These may seem like minor details, but they reveal a great deal about how employees are viewed and treated. Workplace etiquette can also be a challenge. I don't mind if people choose to remove their shoes to be comfortable, but basic consideration for others goes a long way. If your feet smell like expired shallots left out in the sun, please be mindful of the people sharing the workspace with you.
