Pros

Great company to work for. Upper management really cares about their employees. The work environment is very relaxed, open, and everyone’s opinions and ideas get heard and are very much encouraged. You really feel like you are part of a work family. Everyone works hard to make the company a success.

Cons

Pros

I have been working at MyRegistry.com for about 7-8 months and it is one of THE best work environments I have yet to be employed at. At its core the company is about celebrating pivotal moments for its clients so its no surprise that they operate the same way when celebrating these moments for employees where as other previous companies view coffee as a "Perk". Another unique aspect of company culture is the general meetings with upper management where employees are encourage to express ideas and updates to positively affect both external and internal growth. The culture of this company is unique to the given office climate at its time where employees are viewed as numbers and disposable. It is a company that sees potential in its employees and will allow growth of dedicated employees. This is a company that sets its employees up for success through training and and open door policy to questions and concerns. Working in customer service is stressful given its nature of having to deal with difficult clients but its extremely refreshing to know that there are different coping mechanics undertaken to make sure its employees are well taken care of like designated days to enjoy summer (UNREAL). Every birthday, Birth, Marriage is celebrated and welcomed in this work environment. The staff is extremely diverse and are encouraged to share their cultures and experiences which fosters camaraderie and healthy communication between co-workers. Management works with each employee to work around realistic scheduling. I give this company 5 stars and plan to put my roots down given its atmosphere. Given the culture and work ethic of all departments the trajectory of this company has only up to go and i am glad to be along for that journey.

Cons

I do not have a con per say however there has been issues with scheduling, however all the shifts are provided prior to being hired so if a shift is undesirable it was chosen by the employee when hired ... --____--

Pros

Great people. There was so much to learn. I came in pretty much knowing the basics, but everyone one was pretty much willing to help me out.

Cons

Long hours, but worth the experience.
