Pros

Its near the city if you work in NYC

Cons

Listen, this place is by far one of the worst places I've worked. The product and brand is amazing but those two folks that run the company really need to get over themselves. If you are willing to endure some pain for a year or two then by all means, work there and get a decent salary and a cool brand on your resume. Long hours.

Pros

There no absolutely no pros to this company. It's actually demoralizing.

Cons

The CEO and his wife, the president (what a surprise) run this company as if they wanted fine dining at their nearest fast food joint. The CEO is a narcissist who expects his employees to treat his company as if it were theirs but wants to pay you absolutely nothing in exchange for your hard work. Read all the reviews, they're all true. All the positive feedback are clearly written by the CEO's wife. I have seen the CEO verbally abuse many of the employees. He's a complete bully who doesn't care about none of his employees. It's such a hostile environment and the way it's structure makes it a very stressing job dealing with individuals that have no idea on how to lead or take responsibility. It's a disgrace what they have made out of their IT department, a complete sweatshop. You must stay past 6pm! Work life balance does not exist here. There are no benefits here and my bathroom is bigger than that awful kitchen. The CEO has no idea how his company runs and when things hit the fan he takes no responsibility. High turn over rate, no surprise when there people almost making less than employees at Walmart. This should be the last place you want to work at. There are so many other places that will treat you like a human being and most importantly respect you.

Pros

The diversity is intense. You work with all kinds people, and this is not meant in a negative way.

Cons

- Even strong effort is treated as not good enough by management. - Small mistakes are handled are handled as serious failures. - There is constant pressure to avoid errors at all times. - Minor issues are corrected in a harsh and discouraging way. - The work environment feels overwhelming and emotionally draining.

My Life Registry Response

We welcome authentic feedback from current and former employees and strive for a great working environment. However, this review falsely represents the identity of its author. We have directly confirmed with the former employee being portrayed in this review that they did not write it and are not responsible for its contents. We believe employees should be free to share their genuine experiences and opinions. What is not appropriate is posting under the guise of another individual in an attempt to create a misleading impression of employee sentiment.
