Pros

None - everyone is overworked, under appreciated, and on top of that have to deal with harassment from the CEO

Cons

Harassment in the workplace. Expected to work passed 6, you will get called out for leaving at the end of your shift. The CEO thinks he knows more than you so your skills really go un noticed, don’t waste your time here.

Hello, former employee. Our CEO, as well as everyone in management stand firmly on having a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind. As you must know from your time working here, we encourage all employees to discuss any issues or concerns they have with the head of HR in order to maintain a great working environment within our company. Furthermore, MyRegistry is a high-performance environment with an outcome-oriented mindset, and our employees are driven to go above and beyond expectations. However, we understand that this type of culture may not be a good fit for every type of personality. Please know that our team member's contributions are valued and appreciated. If you would like to discuss further, please feel free to reach out to the head of HR at any time.

Pros

Pros? What pros? There are none.

Cons

Worked there during a turbulent time when there was a crisis. During the yearly review, I wasn't given a raise because of the crisis. The CEO/founder lives in a mansion and drives a Ferrari and other expensive cars, from what I've heard, and his overhead expenses are pretty low since he rents out a small office space. Too cheap to give his employees a $5 raise

Hello, former employee. Salary increases at MyRegistry are based on individual performance reviews that are conducted at a minimum of once a year by each department head, which is best practice for any high performing cultured company. The vast majority of our employees receive annual raises, and employees that exceed expectations may be given raises multiple times during a year or awarded other benefits. As a company, we are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation to all of our employees and are constantly reviewing our compensation policies.
