Great boss, challenging techs, creepy pharmacist

Pros

I had a great supervisor and worked well with most of the staff. The job is rewarding. The company has great benefits.

Cons

A select few technicians would retaliate if I did something differently from them. There was also a lot of passive aggression. Expect to be spoken poorly about and sabotaged when you aren’t looking. Technicians will go to the boss and try to sabotage you moving up in the department/going fulltime. There’s a male pharmacist who’s creepy and will cut corners whenever he has the chance. He also speaks poorly about critical/hospice patients.

So far all of the supervisors that I have had have been very kind and understanding and I feel comfortable with interacting with them.

Cons

Healthcare Insurance could be better and a bit cheaper than what it is

4 day work week. Flexibility to be able to use PTO.

Cons

No actual breaks or lunches but get deducted a half an hour anyways. Late hours. At least 2 major holidays worked a year.
