Pros

Every manager is there to make sure you succeed. Even though we work from home it does not feel like it we are always in contact with each other. The pay is extremely fair you get hourly and commission. House are very good as well.

Constant changes to commission keeps you wondering what you're going to receive. Management is horrible and this startup company is most likely not going to be around for long.
