Pros

LI really enjoy working here. My team is supportive, my coworkers are genuinely great people, and my manager is someone I appreciate most of the time. The culture is chill and the day-to-day is usually manageable. Overall, it’s a solid place to work if you like a good team environment and don’t mind picking up things through hands-on experience

Cons

Training could definitely be improved. it’s more of a ‘learn as you go type of job but once you get the hang of it, things make a lot more sense. Work-life balance can get tough during AEP, but that’s expected with the industry

Pros

Every manager is there to make sure you succeed. Even though we work from home it does not feel like it we are always in contact with each other. The pay is extremely fair you get hourly and commission. House are very good as well.

Pros

Working here has been a really positive experience. The training team is supportive and genuinely wants to see you succeed. Management recognizes effort and celebrates wins, which makes a big difference in morale. The work can be fast-paced, but that keeps things interesting and pushes you to grow. One of the best parts is the team culture — people are quick to help each other out, and leadership is approachable. Overall, it’s a solid place to build skills, earn, and work with good people.

Cons

The only con that I see is not quite enough PTO/Sick Days.
