Lots of room from growth

Pros

With being a newer company there is always room for growth. Getting to work with different parts of the company lets you dabble in trying new things that you wouldn't in your day to day.

Cons

With being a newer company there are changes in process that happen every so often and trying to ensure that this is explained correctly can be an issue at times.
