Pros

There were some great people and a fun environment to get to work in. Everyone seemed excited about the product and making sure their contributions worked well

Cons

The Support management killed morale. They routinely ignored complaints that employees made regarding other members of management.

Decent place to work

Pros

They treat their employees well, decent salary, great benefits and a lot of room for growth within the company. The offices were nice, and clean and had good maintenance. Good IT department, and up to date equipment.

Cons

It's a platform/company that is constantly playing catch-up, and after multiple attempts to reinvent themselves, the outlook for the site to regain a positive reputation in the industry is highly unlikely.
