Pros

- excellent benefits package - co-workers are intelligent and fun - ability to work for hundreds of millions of users

Cons

- low morale - atmosphere is very similar to a convalescent home - internal communication is non-existent - lack of company direction

Pros

You get to say you worked at Myspace and you get free coffee and tea. You also get to surf Myspace all day long.

Cons

There's a reason why Myspace is going down the tube for a lack of a better phrase: management here is outdated -- I really have no idea how the people in management got their positions.

Pros

fantastic people, especially those just below top execs. fascinating industry, in the center of american pop culture. great energy and opportunities to wear many hats and gain experience in many different areas.

Cons

poor internal communications, always having to justify/defend the negative aspects of the site and the company's strategic choices to partners, lack of clear/defined strategy on the part of execs leaves you often guessing or waiting for feedback/approval
