Pros

fun environment, cool products, friendly people. There are some nice career opportunities for whoever want to prove himself. Perks are decent and it's a fun environment to be in. There are some great ideas around.

Cons

lack of operational management, lack of internal structure and organization. More communication would be very helpful. Executing creative ideas can sometime be quite challenging due to the lack of operational management.

Pros

At MySpace, some of the great reasons to work there is for the young crowd. Diverse talents. Fast paced. Constant changing environment. There's a lot of energy there and it's really what you make of it.

Cons

Currently, the company is going through a lot of changes. It's somewhat of an unstable environment due to new management and the prospective of restructuring. It's an old company that has a downward slope.

Pros

MySpace offers a challenging, fast-paced work environment with opportunities for hard-working individuals to advance their career in the tech industry. MySpace employs some of the best tech talent in the industry and, therefore, provides some of the best opportunities to learn and to play with new toys & gadgets. As an engineer, the best reason to work at MySpace is that it's a profit center! In other words, we make money for Fox Interactive.

Cons

You are expected to be able to work on your own and add value. You are expected to know your stuff and make good decisions. You have to be a team player. The work environment in engineering is fast paced and changes quickly so one must be able to adapt to changing demands.
