Decent pay. Some nice people. Cool factor that you work for MySpace.

Cons

Management -- especially senior management -- is disrespectful of its employees. Not tech culture -- it's an entertainment company.

Pros

It is an environment like few others as far as scale goes. Lots of problems to solve.

Cons

They promote based on tenure, not merit or experience or skill. So must of the middle management are not the brightest bulbs in the box, but they sure think they are becuase of their title. The inter-communication between groups is no where to be found. Oh and god forbid they document ANYTHING. Their "product" department drives development and the folks there can hardly form a thought, let alone make up thier mind.
