Relaxed working environment, decent pay

Cons

There is no structure at all no training they just throw everything at you. Also very favoritism atmosphere. A lot of issues with blaming things on people and then people actually intentionally putting or messing up things under your name to try and get in trouble. Felt like it was a force out by coworker not really management. I couldn’t take it and had to leave.

Great warehouse environment with warehouse manager, some great and hard working employees, M-F and work one Saturday a month, decent pay

Cons

Questionable work practices and HR decisions, some eager to get to the top by any means necessary, fleet person in charge of making sure vans are safe for drivers is worthless and doesn’t do the one job that they have been assigned to do
