Good pay, benefits and training. Weekly and Monthly meetings with the whole sales team. Opportunities for growth in many different directions.

Cons

Questionable decisions are made by HR all the time. They will not hesitate to give you a Final Written Notice on your first mistake or incident without giving you any reasons why or any warning. Operations people don't do a good job managing non-management position employees.
