Pros
Steady full time job with occasional overtime. The business hours are 7am to 5pm M-F and 7am to noon Sat. at regional branches, so having stability on evening and weekends is nice. Get paid while getting your exercise in, if you're a go getter. Develop customer service skills and networking. Occasional company lunches and sometimes from customers.
Cons
Deduction of overtime during the coming week. Large complaint amongst coworkers having to work Saturdays only to be told to come in late or leave early during the week (ruins carpooling possibilities). Sheduled too many Saturdays. Career growth is almost nil, responsibilities grow but not on par with wage. Sentiment was almost identical throughout regional branches.
