Great company to work for with top notch benefits. The job is straight forward and easy to learn after a couple months. Not much changes since the same customers are served regularly.

Cons

The job itself is fine, but the structure of policy and its enforcement toward customers are a little lacking. Policies are great until "the customer is always right" card is used constantly. The decisions of the manager(s) are tied and many of the issues re-occur on a daily basis. Customers get what they want and warehouse takes the heat...
