there are absolutely no pros to working for them.

Cons

There is micro management. They don't train new employees worth a damn. They do not even pay well for the industry.

They payed the bills for the agreed price

in one year had three different managers. They sell the cheapest glass on the market and the company reflects in the quality in the product wanted us to ship as much as possible, it was more cost effective to send out 2 scratched windshields and get it right on the third then to take a minute and inspect the first correctly, keep in mind as a driver it was also your job to get yelled at by the client for this practice. No chance for up ward mobility, high turn over rate at one year on the job i was one of the more senior drivers
