A Few Pros and Cons

Pros

Co-workers are friendly and helpful. Business hours are a strict 8-5. Management is very flexible with family needs for time off and vacation days.

Cons

Medical benefits are not that great. As a female, you are not a protected class if you want to have children. No paid maternity leave given. You would just have to save as much sick and vacation time you can and even then you're job is not guaranteed.

Long hours, seven days a week, and they decided I made to much money and terminated me after 18 years of service.
