the relationship you build with the customers and coworkers even in the terrible environment

Cons

managers that put their personal life first and always expects you to do everything for the company while they do whatever they want (smoke, answer personal calls, hang out around other office employees desk) you give the company your all but get nothing in return nor anybody to show you appreciation. The rules that change on a daily basis. The list could go on

Manager always down your throat! I've never seen anything like this! Grown men crying cause their job was stressful. I've seen it on a daily basis. The boss will come in the warehouse screaming at his employees in front of customers, just for his amusement. Smh, don't take the job offer. Even Mcdonalds have more respect then they do for their employees. The warehouse employees are a bunch of Rats, snitching on each other for cookie crums! Ohh and the pay sucks. I wouldn't even wish this place upon my enemy. If you have any self-respect move on with your job search. Even a guy collecting cans have more self respect than any of those guys in the warehouse.

paycheck, job, benefits, and that's it.

Cons

micro management at its best. Almost Zero communication other than emails that usually aren't answered. Family business with family empowered to loose tens of thousands of dollars per year due to poor judgement and not held accountable. Migrant Glass does not want loyal, passionate employees for any length of time due to salaries increasing.
