This place is a burnout central, they will want more and more and more and they do not care it's all about numbers.

Pros

If you want a place that always has openings and work. This is the place! Hiring managers are great to work with and collaborative. You cant feel bad for what Myriad provides to people. HR is great to collaborate with when work with candidates internal and external. Benefits are extensive and amazing You have a flexible work environment for work life balance

Cons

Recruiting leadership is a do as your told environment. You follow chain of command Ideas are "heard" but not listened to. You are given mandates with out input, explanation, or context. Recruiting leadership is focused on them looking good and not the team. There is no clear path for growth. Recruiting has a revolving door and has not had a consistent team for over 7+ years

Pros

Some teams are able to work from home. Lunch is catered.

Cons

After the merger the company culture completely deteriorated. Myriad purposefully pays employees on the low end of the scale. Its like HR has never heard of cost of living in the Bay Area. Morale in most teams is in the toilet. Many teams are so disorganized, they only come into work when the brass is in town.
