      Product, compensation and customers are what make this a company to consider working for.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from management, training, managers do not have your back, some behaviors in my opinion unethical, not team oriented.

      The work that is being done at the company is great and they are saving the lives of patients.

      Cons

      Pay, benefits are ok but didn't cover what my family needed, promotion opportunities are limited.

      Strong teams; Passion for the Mission and Patients First; Fun company events (summer party, Halloween party, etc) Philanthropy Events; Tuition Reimbursement; On-site gym; Clean, stocked break rooms with free cups, plates, bowls, coffee, tea, ice machines etc; Profit Sharing; 401K match; Great Healthcare benefits, Health fair clinics with flu shots

      Cons

      Change can be difficult for employees that have been here a while. Most departments are running very lean and backfill positions need to be justified.
