Easy hours, 7am to 4 pm One hour lunch break Decent Insurance

Cons

The local lab didn't take covid serioulsy, I was wearing a mask during a meeting and got told off my managment to take it off and when I refused they were beyond rude. Managment is horrible, there is very bad favoritism to who could kiss up the most to managment. Meaning they got off easy when they made mistakes compared to other workers.

Management was horrible, goals changed with the wind. Not an honest company. The changed goals which drastically decreased our bonus. If you were in the "in crowd " no way to advance

Not really a pro, but my manager was awesome....until they let her go with no notice. Great product in GeneSight that helps a lot of people.

Cons

1. Upper management keeps the field sales and even their managers completely in the dark. They do not care about their employees at all they have lost a lot of great, tenured employees because they have created a horrible culture of dishonesty and misdirection. 2. They have a great product but their lack of creativity and marketing ability keeps them off the radar of those who need it. 3. PD and his incompetence.
