For an IT/Communication-centric company, it sucks at communicating

Pros

Pay is decent, and execs are not micromanagers.

Cons

1. Sucks at training new employees. For a company that services big clients, it's quite ironic that they don't have proper documentation and expects new employees to just "Google" their products and services. 2. Discards people like trash. They don't provide any explanation and simply terminate employees by removing their access. 3. Some people in position are standoffish, completely ignoring clarifications and suggestions.

Pros

I've been there for over a decade. My workplace feels like a team paddling a boat together. There are very little politics or drama or nonsense. Company has grown YoY extensively by doing great work. They support remote work so no need to commute your life away.

Cons

The pay could be higher, you can go work for the Manufacturers or other VARs but if all you care about is pay, then Myriad360 is not a good fit for you.

I worked at Myriad for about a year and learned a TON! The people and the energy at Myriad is why it is such a special place to learn, grow, and become successful in the robust world of IT. Those at Myriad are highly intelligent and skilled; it was an inspiring place to work. The leadership team helps to develop skills and strengths so that you will be an asset to your clients, to the company, and to yourself. Leadership listens to your concerns and considers everyone's input. Leadership is open to change and constantly improving. Myriad abides by a set of core values that most companies do not consider and it is truly a valuable environment for developing skills and leadership qualities. (Unlimited PTO is a plus)

Cons

Myriad is also growing at a rapid rate. Change can be hard to adapt to, but is essential in the IT world.
