Pros
Flexible work hours and PTO structure. Freedom to shape your own book of business. Fair compensation. For those who truly dedicate themselves, take accountability for their actions, and do not make excuses; the sky is the limit. Myriad is willing to take a chance on those who may lack the "necessary" qualifications but, are passionate about what they do. These calculated risks have lead to dozens and dozens of highly successful professionals who otherwise, would have been overlooked by the legacy corporations. That said, it's surprising to see some of the negative posts about the organization. Seems as though some are ungrateful and have quickly forgotten the career path Myriad afforded them.
Cons
As the organization grows there have been growing pains, this is a good problem to have. Poor or delayed communication about upcoming changes can lead to resentment or perceived lack of transparency.
