      Amazing company culture

      Pros

      The company focuses on customer experience with a level of service that you don't see much of anymore. They empower their employees to do what is best for the customer and back them up as needed. The vision and mission are clear. It really is one big team. When you run into problems there are always people reaching out to see how they can help.

      Cons

      If you don't work well in an ever-changing fast-paced environment where you will be trusted to make important decisions, this might not be the company for you. Maintaining a work-life balance will be a constant struggle if you cannot properly monitor your bandwidth and delegate accordingly.

      Pros

      At Myriad we're fortunate to have amazing people, working on interesting projects, using the latest technologies. If you’re someone that works hard, takes initiative, embraces change, thirsts for knowledge, and strives to find new ways to work more efficiently, Myriad is a company that will recognize and reward you for your passion and contribution. Pay, benefits (parental leave and unlimited PTO), and support for ongoing professional development are all great.

      Cons

      The speed of innovation in the technology space is breakneck. To remain relevant both people and companies need to be ahead of the curve or risk obsolescence. The demands this reality creates aren’t for everyone and Myriad isn’t a company where doing the bare minimum is acceptable. This is a good thing in my opinion.

      Pros

      My manager is really supportive, and is great about stepping up when something could be better. Also, we've talked a lot about my growth and I'm seeing changes there, which is cool. I also get a lot of support from other managers, who don't technically NEED to be investing as much time in me. Everyone is willing to take time out of their day to provide clarification, or teach me, or even just lend a hand for something small. It's a really nice and energetic group of people.

      Cons

      Nothing comes to mind. They address concerns pretty quickly.
