      -financially stable -majority of people friendly -unlimited coffee thank god

      Cons

      -losing clients -stressed management acts out too much -unclear differentiation from competitors, everyone is rushing to cybersecurity and we’re behind

      Pros

      Everyone genuinely wants you to be successful, transparent and hands-on leadership, unlimited PTO, and lots of autonomy in roles. Everyone has a professional development plan along with quarterly goals they are working towards.

      Cons

      There aren't many downsides..employer contribution towards medical coverage could be higher.

      Pros

      Operating professionally while maintaining a down to earth nature has been a great benefit to the employees. They're serious about their business, but don't take themselves too seriously, the flexible atmosphere allows for comfortable growth within the company as well.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a lot of back and forth between departments due to simple misinterpretations, usually cleared up quickly but can still be a bit of a waste of time.
