Pros
I've worked for RCG for 9 years, and one thing that made me stay was the pay. You cannot find that kind of pay for a local consulting company around. Work is okay, my client was infa'mouse' and they are very good to work with. Once you've settled in with the client, there is very little interaction with the company leadership, apart from time-keeping, and other admin stuffs.
Cons
They lack process and tend to let you fend for yourself. On your first day, no documents will be provided to you on how to start (except for log in username on your PC - which is basic). Managers and/or team leads you are assigned to need to take care of you from the get go, and most of the time they are very busy with their own tasks. They tend to hire more instead of taking care and grooming their employees. There was already a retrenchment and yet I see RCG recruiters still posting that they are hiring. Very little room to grow, management lacks compassion on how the employees will improve their skills. They think of employee assessment as something that is required to be done yearly, just a task.
