      Decent pay. Nobody leaves their jobs unless a better opportunity comes, you could say the company takes care of its current employees.

      Cons

      It’s a BPO or KPO (technology) and strictly corporate. For those mid-level in their career it might be perfect. Management will only listen to you if you have a backer or something. As usual, there’s some kind of office politics but it depends on the team to work it out. There’s a possibility of not having a project, so be prepared for being laid off due to having no project. You could get benched but if you were hired for expertise for a project, and that project ends, it’s likely over for you.
