Pros
They pay good money for professionals that are asking for higher than average salary, assuming your asking salary is within a reasonable range from previous job's range and rate for your skill is good. Job Security within the company is pretty reasonable.
Cons
The location is inside Salcedo Village so it gets pretty traffic during rush hours. Something I really don't like here is their leaves/Time Off system.
