Pros

Been working at Mytech for 2.5 years. My co-workers ate awesome, always ready to help, great environment. Managers listen and take suggestions seriously. I have leaned more will working here than I have in previous 2 over the past 8 years. All tech have a professional plan to improve skills set, salary increases when you hit your cert goals.

Cons

Few if any… as with any MSP technical job the client urgency can get inruly. Thst being said Mytech sales team to a great job of setting setu g expectation with clients.

My former teammate sense of humor kept us laughing even during toughest times.

Cons

Despite being the glue that held the office together, the recognition rarely trickled down. It felt like I was invisible, a silent cog in the machine. The pats on the back were few and far between, and the salary? Well, let's just say it wasn't exactly champagne wishes and caviar dreams.
