Challenging and Fulfilling
Pros
Some of the greatest aspects of working at Mytech Partners is how challenging and fulfilling the work can be. When I started I had no idea what my career path was and Mytech gave me the opportunity to explore different areas of the business which has lead me to my current position. Working in tech can be very challenging and is never boring! The leadership team and my direct managers have always guided me, helped me, as well as challenged me along the way. Sometimes its not fun to grow, but when you look back on where you started, it feels great. Mytech is a very open, honest, growth driven, and caring place to work.
Cons
We don't have everything figured out. Sometimes it would be nice to have everything figured out and be able to go on autopilot. There are new challenges everyday and Im given the opportunity to "figure it out" while having the backing of the team here at Mytech. It is a wonderful thing to have that freedom, but if you are looking for a "clock in/clock out" type position where tasks are easy and plainly laid out, then Mytech is likely not for you. The roles I have been in, from coordination, tech, project management, to sales have all required critical thinking and independent motivation.
