*Strong Management skills of CEO. *Healthy and Ethical work culture. *Much to learn under supervision of qualified and genuine experienced market leaders. *Top notch resources to get you a Base. *Salary is never a constraint until and unless you come down to the expectation of management. *Lucrative incentives- I can challenge on it. *No delay in salary/incentives for employees and contractors.

Cons

Nothing as such. Every company has cons, N2S as well but heavy Pros take over the light Cons. Now don't expect me to write that food is not good or there is no lift in the building. Lol..

Need to change management and hiring team, NO Process and when they fire you dont know for wat reasons they will fire you dont know. Please beware of Net2Source.
