Our culture is our number one competitor the Vantage. Our culture is about transformation, integrity, collaboration, humor, and of course results. This culture drives everything we do and is supported by the company's core values that every employee knows and lives each day. Our values are grounded in our members who come first always. This drives us from talent acquisition to Business Development to Account Management to Sales. Other recorder values include relationships matter, providing open honest and constructive feedback, demanding excellence, and acting like an owner. My favorite is taking intelligent risks. This really allows everyone to be awesome at their job but stretch and change their career to directory to another level by taking calculated risks and having the company support you whether they pay off or not. This place is incredibly mission focused and results driven. The speed at which N2S moves is astounding at this size. I feel the energy everyday working here.
Cons
There are no true cons for working at N2S but things to be cautious of. N2S is not a start up, N2S is not a large company because we are growing and are growing at a dynamic and rapid pace, we are taking the best of where we came from and trying to create a little more structure, process and ability to scale. There's a few growing pains to to consider joining. The strength of our mission, vision, culture and values should help during this ambiguous time of rapid growth, the positive employee morale the high employee engagement scores and amazing wicked smart people we work with help with this challenge every day.
