Be prepared for delays in payment

Pros

None. Really. Avoid jobs through them if you can.

Cons

Net2Source is used by many Indian outsourcers to process invoices of contract people, so contractors don't have a choice but to go through them. They were consistently late with payment, up to 2 months, after many failed promised to process "next day".

We pay our W2 /1099 employees on Weekly and Bi-Weekly basis, none of our W2/1099 Employees ever complained about a delay as we use most robust systems and practices, you never worked with us as a direct employee, so your review must be on your failed employer not Net2Source.

Staff was neutral to me

Cons

One and done with you. One job and if you get let go because you are sick, sorry no more jobs for you. Passed over for any future updates or opportunities If you need anything just call us and we will help, not true. If you get sick they look at it as an opportunity to release you. I had COVID for gods sake.
