Thriving office environment

Pros

The team I work with is absolutely fantastic. We have a close knit environment that kindles professional friendships and a comfortable place for questions and immediate help. It creates a thriving office environment and there seems to be a great room for growth if you choose to go above and beyond.

I can't say one con about this place!

Don’t believe the LinkedIn hype

None, other than working remotely.

Cons

One star is too many. This place has poor leadership. Zero vision. Despite what is said on here or LinkedIn, N2S is not an industry leader, they do not foster a collaborative environment where employees are heard. They do not invest in leading technology or the development of its employees. Leadership knows what to say to hire people but it’s all a facade. They don’t keep their word. They took holidays away from US employees. Medical benefits are awful, PTO is 10 days for the entire year, no 401K or any type of savings plan. No LTD or STD. State tax is not taken out of US employees paycheck unless they live in TX. Salaried employees are told to work core hours, including when to take lunch. They track how much time you’re on your laptop, even if you’re an SVP. Do not accept even a phone call or email from this place. There are far better staffing firms out there.
