Pros

You learn to really trust your co workers and have the opportunity to really be proud of your work in supporting the youth. Great opportunity to hone your crisis intervention skills and there was a lot of freedom for staff to initiate activities, projects and games.

Cons

High turn over means you're always playing catch-up in training staff. Lower pay than comparative companies, but it makes up for it with a strong sense of community.
