Pros

Great staff, excellent program, advancement

Cons

Morning group, adolescents can call out staff if they felt mistreated and staff has to answer for their actions. I feel that this strategy makes it easy for youth to target staff. Especially if staff holds a kid accountable for their actions, or the kid loses a privilege. This is grounds for manipulation.
