BAD MANAGEMENT... Managers has lack of knowledge, no team morale, no family values for others and no team connection. While there is the opportunity to work from home and others were released early for the holidays, management made employees come into the office. While it's flu season and quite a few people in the office were sick, management made the employees come to work risking everyone else's health. The lack of empathy for others and sympathy for those who need it is at an all time HIGH with management. Last but not least, management makes decisions for the team that strategically makes no sense, which cause more harm than help.

The only con I can think of is how hot it was in the warehouse during the summer and how cold it was on the dock in the winter. Other then that I have no complaints
