Pros

It is a layer back job, where hard work does go noticed. There is room for growth and it can be possible within 1-2 years at the job

It is too relaxed where some employees do what they like.

The Napa rewards discount is about it

they hire you on as contractor for six months on a role that isn't that hard or tedious to learn, then after the six months you will have to wait 90 days to be actually "hired on" to receive their benefits that they offer which are abysmal at best. The place has terrible management, most of them need to go through etiquette training because they clearly dont know what not to say in an office setting. So in my humble opinion, unless your desperate to get your foot in the door, hold off until you find something better . before you become complacent for doing more than what your paid to do
