Pros

Fun place to work, easy job the hardest part was driving in the weather if it rained or snowed. Coworkers worked as a team.

Cons

Not enough hrs, your only alowed up to 32 hours a week. No health insurance for part time and you can't have full time.

Pros

Some of the best reasons to work for Napa Auto Parts, is that the schedule is accommodating, the work is fairly simple, and as a delivery driver, you can get paid a fairly decent wage to sit around in a car or truck for most of the day.

Cons

In a delivery driver position, you are stuck at part time so they don't ever have to give you benefits such as health insurance.

Pros

The job was great at first! Everyone pulled their own weight, you were part of a team, and the job was relatively easy.

Cons

Management doesn't notice you and also plays favorites. If you're not full time you might as well not be a human. Saw a guy get fired because he called out when his brother died.
