Pros

10% over cost parts was ok

Cons

Very poor upper management. The company is promoted to be a family oriented company however it seems to be looking out for its own family (that doesn't include you). Aside from incredibly poor wage, you find yourself left out in the cold if there is any issues pertaining to money. Zero reimbursement for any expenses whatsoever.

nothing that i can think of! Pay is lousy and oh when its 90 outside it is like 100 degrees or more because no air conditioners bc management is too cheap to buy!

Cons

Totally a dysfunctional place to work management are high and employees are very immature and verbally abusive and down right mean like teenagers!

Pros

Napa is a great place to learn more about the automotive business. -Decent benefits • Great 401k • Great discount on parts • Health insurance/dental/eye etc - Never bored there is always something to do - Overtime pay opportunities

Cons

Our system to look up parts is awful in store, as well as our online store. Our competitors hands down beat us on these aspects. And this is the number one customer complaint from retail and commercial clients. It is often challenging to find parts based upon the "phrasing" used and part information given is extremely limited at times. Keeping items in stock and automatically replenished is a huge issue. A large majority of the day is spent ordering in parts from various district centers or calling for availability of parts. There are way too many instances in which we have to charge the customer a freight charge for an item we should have in stock.
