      Pros

      The parts discount. Every year there is a step challenge and you get about $200 from it and a nice watch.

      Cons

      Cant take breaks because of how busy we are. Understaffed. Management does not care at all. Manager and assistant managers do not care. You will be putting up alot of stock and depending on which location you work at there will be people who will not put up anything. A specific orlando location is run by kids so do not apply to it!!! Save yourself the trouble.

      Pros

      Good people to work with. There is a wealth of knowledge to be tapped into from the old timers that work at Napa. They know everything about everything. They can actually give you solutions to problems, unlike the Autozone counter folk.

      Cons

      If sales are down, upper management treats employees like trash, if sales are up, you are a hero. This would be ok if you actually controlled any aspect that drove sales. Prices are a bit higher then the competition, granted the quality is much higher at napa. Selling this idea to customers is quite difficult.
