Pros

Great benefits that include company car, expense account, health savings account, 401K, great health insurance, etc. Lots of autonomy and the bonus structure is pretty good.

Cons

You're limited on the vehicles you and choose from and unless you want to drive a minivan, it's tough to have enough space for everything that you need to take with you on the road. Base salary is just OK. Lots of time on the road away from the family.

Was a fun place to work but thing have changed for the worst trying to be to much like auto zone

Cons

Bringing in new people for management roles instead of moving up within and work you like a dog and got no life
