Pros

Management is stupid so the slackers in the IT department can get away with murder.

Cons

Poor education for IT department employees/contractors. Also the people at the top of this pyramid make all the money, if you don't believe me look at the public records.

Pros

Travel and benefits are really good. The company gives you a car and expenses to be paid on a company card. 401k is matched up to 5% and they offer lots of training

Cons

Base salary is low. The company does not use cost of living per state to compensate the salary. You must move in order to be promoted

Pros

You get to drive a company car, and not too much micromanagement. I got lost a few times, making a few late deliveries but no one gave me crap for it. It was out of my control, so I am glad people were understanding. For the most part you are treated as an adult, aside from a few people.

Cons

Very unprofessional environment. The dispatcher is rude, and yells all day. I did not feel happy working there. She actually threatened to hit me once. I suggest taking the job if you have no other options.
