Pros

Bosses let you work independantly. Not mucromanaged. Your Ideas matter and are listened to.

Cons

Long work hours sometimes. Gender diversity within management ranks needs improvement.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are working very hard to attract talent that come to us with diverse backgrounds. While having parts expertise is important, we also want to make sure that we are hiring people who may not have the auto background, but have a passion for people, service, and have the willingness to learn the rest. We cant teach passion, but we can teach the automotive skills that they need through our great training and people. We are working very hard to strike that balance at NAPA! Started out OK but then...

Pros

Employee discounts on auto parts Can meet some cool people out on delivery at auto shops and other businesses. Can also work with 'some' good people and I stress 'some'.

Cons

Schedule isn't a set and work hours and days are different every week so its hard to plan out your life away form work when you aren't sure what days you will be off. Pay isn't that great. Can also work with some really rude, lazy, and nasty people with bad hygiene who have horrible breath because they don't know what a tooth brush is and the same goes for bathing/showering. At my location we had a new manager who let the lazy unreliable workers get away with not showing up or always missing work for one excuse or another. Those lazy worthless workers seemed to have been rewarded for their crappy performance too so I moved on from this place.

Napa is a excellent company with quality auto parts at reasonable prices.

Cons

There really is nothing bad to say about them.
