Nit picking and micromanaging

Pros

I had a good crew. They knew their roll in the store.

Cons

Upper management nit picks over the little things that will never add up to anything. They are clueless about how to deal with the things that have to do with bringing sales back up and bringing back customers. Corporate lost 2 billion dollars during covid. They think using crappy cheap vendors and increasing prices and screwing the customers is a good way to make up the loss. At first it was a great company to work for. Not so much any more. If Upper management would grow a pair and actually listen to employees and help mitigate issues, I would still work there.

Pros

The people I work with are great! No more pros, sorry to say.

Cons

!0 hour days, without overtime pay. They will schedule you for a 5 hour day to make up for the 40 hour rule in some states.
