NAPA in N.C. is terrible.

Pros

There are zero pros for napa locations with in N.C.

Cons

Terrible upper management! They do not care about you as an employee or a person. There is zero work life balance, and they will not stand up for their employees as long as the customer buys something. NAPA does not fairly compensate employees. Base pay is low, and bonuses are not on a reachable/reasonable/ obtainable pedestal. They preach about ethics but reporting leads to things being worst and even causing you place in the company being questioned.
